The answer is "YES but..." only if France plays attacking football against what could be a 10 man defence by Iceland !
Sending long balls over the Iceland defence, with 4 or 5 French attackers racing towards the goal, ready to shoot at every chance, seem to be the best tactics !
Dilly-dallying, possession football, like England played when they were unexpectedly beaten by Iceland, should not be adopted as the best tactic by France !
